Lending rings to your home

Are you interested in the rings we produce, would you like to see them in person, but do not have the opportunity to visit us?
We offer you the possibility to borrow the rings at home 🙂.

• Choose the ring(s) you like on our e-shop. It can be both a stock ring and a custom made ring. We will try to choose the most similar one from our inventory.

• If you are unsure of the correct size, you can order our trial gauges or ring sizer sets to go with your ring(s).

• The ring is sent against a deposit (100% of the ring price) and postage (depending on the type of shipping selected).

• Order your chosen ring on the e-shop as a classic item. In the order note, enter “Ring Try-On at Home”.

• The loan period is 14 days  (for delivery in the Czech Republic) and 21 days (for delivery abroad) from the date of dispatch. Please send the ring back to us at our address. If the return is delayed, a fee of 10% per calendar day of the total order amount will be charged.

• If you like the borrowed ring and it suits you, you can keep it. In this case, please inform us and the deposit will be applied to cover the purchase price.

• If you decide to place an order based on this borrowing ring, please contact us by email. We will deduct the deposit paid from your new order. Please then indicate in the order note that you had “a Ring Try-On at Home”.

• If you decide not to proceed with your order, please send the ring back to us and include your bank account number in the package. We will send your deposit back to you within a week.

• We do not charge any fee for the lending of the ring(s).

• If you return the ring damaged in any way, we will charge a fee of 10-100% depending on the extent of the damage.

• A 10% fee per calendar day of the total order amount will be charged if the ring is returned late.
